Delivery Manager AI-Native · Quality Engineering & PMO Enablement

People come first. Always. A good leader helps, detects problems before they explode, prevents what can be prevented, and protects the team and the company at the same time , anticipating what the stakeholder will need instead of waiting to be asked. I work from objectivity, not from feelings: plans are hard to execute, but working without a plan is just gambling. That's why I obsess over process, own the outcome, and step up without hesitation when a crisis needs someone to take the wheel.

I've been fortunate to work alongside genuinely talented people, and I chase that on purpose: new challenges, new people, any seniority level, because there's always something to learn. Spotting where someone can grow and helping them get there is one of the hardest parts of being a manager, and honestly, the most satisfying one. I also actively ask to be challenged back, through anonymous surveys, retros, open conversations, because that's the only way I really know what to improve.

Delivery Manager who owns predictability and outcomes across complex, multi-team programs, with Quality Engineering built into that remit rather than bolted on beside it. Redesigning the quality model across 25+ teams produced 88% fewer production incidents, 863 defects stopped before reaching the business, and a 43% improvement in test quality, with no added headcount or tooling spend.

About

Quality isn't a phase, it's a decision made at the start of every sprint

I run the day-to-day of delivery (stakeholder reporting, DORA metrics, budgets and SLAs) while personally owning Quality Engineering strategy for the programs I run. That QE experience shapes how I manage delivery: I know what good testing costs, what it catches, and how to plan around it instead of after it.

I also manage and mentor engineers and QE professionals into automation roles, build the AI-native tooling that keeps quality moving at the pace of delivery, and represent technical strategy in Sngular's CTO Office and in client-facing RFP work.

Delivery Manager AI-Native | Quality Engineering & PMO Enablement | CTO Office | RFP Leadership

Jul 2025 – Present

Sngular

  • Own predictability and consistency across complex, multi-team programs; built a four-pillar measurement system (Impact, Efficiency, Quality, Velocity) auto-tracking DORA metrics across 52 Jira projects and 65+ GitLab repositories, with zero manual reporting effort.
  • Act as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders, presenting progress, metrics and strategy directly.
  • Own Quality Strategy inside Delivery: redesigned the quality model across 25+ teams, resulting in 88% fewer production incidents, 863 defects stopped before reaching the business, and a 43% improvement in unit test quality.
  • Designed and shipped an agentic QA pipeline (GenAI tooling in daily production use) that turns a functional spec into a full test suite (API, UI, mobile, performance and security) running across Claude Code, Gemini CLI and Antigravity.
  • Contribute to the CTO Office, helping define technical strategy, standards and direction at the organizational level.
  • Authored the AI skills the PMO uses to convert open-ended requirements into closed, estimable, fixed-price projects.
  • Lead RFP & Pre-Sales, translating technical complexity into commercially meaningful client proposals.
  • Manage and mentor engineers and QE professionals with individualized growth plans, moving profiles from manual testing into automation engineering; design and deliver internal training on automation, mutation testing and CI safeguards.
